Cancellation Policy

1. If you are a Customer, you have a statutory right to a "cooling off" period within which you can cancel for any reason.

2. In case of Services, this period starts when a contract is signed or you have purchased an online Service. This cooling off period is 14 days from the day after you signed the contract or purchased an online service. If you wish to cancel within the cooling of period you must let us know immediately via email.

3. If you wish for our services to start within the cooling off period you must make an express request to do so. You understand, acknowledge and agree that if you do so, you will loose your right to cancel.

4. If you wish to cancel after the cooling off period you must inform us via email. In the event of cancellation, we will invoice you for the Services provided up to the date of cancellation. Upon receipt of payment we will hand over all works completed by us up to the date of cancellation now matter the stage of work.

5. Termination of the Contract will not affect either party's outstanding rights or duties, including Studio Lawson Ltd right to recover any money owning to it under these terms and conditions.
