Founded by Creative Director Sophie Howard, Studio Lawson is a design led Interior Design studio with a planet first approach. We specialise in sustainable interior design whilst keeping great design at the

forefront of everything we do.

As a fully trained Interior Architect, Sophie has developed her craft working for national and international clients in both the housing development and private residential sectors.

At Studio Lawson, we have an ambition to create change within the Interior Design industry. This ambition is fuelled by the knowledge that as an industry we can do better. The UK generates around 200 million tonnes of waste each year, 59% of which comes from the construction industry including the Interior Design sector.

 

We aim to put the planet first by figuring out what sustainability means to each individual client. Are you concerned about sustainable materials, how far items have travelled, how much water is used in production or how the companies treat their staff? Once we figure out your sustainability values then we get to work creating bespoke, beautiful and bold spaces tailored to you.  

 

Sophie has always had a curiosity for beautiful things, and a want to never stop learning, something that was instilled in her by her Grandfather of whom Studio Lawson is named after.
